Reading, exporting, and deleting keep working. New saves wait until the daily limit resets, until you free up space, or until you upgrade.
Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep Individual until the end of the billing period, then move to Free. Files over the Free limits stay readable and exportable.
If Allbase isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Your knowledge isn't deleted.
The Free plan is the trial. It has no time limit and doesn't need a card, so you can try Allbase on a real project and upgrade only if you want more room.
Any call an agent makes to Allbase through MCP or the API: reading or saving a file, a search, a bootstrap, or a checkpoint. What you do yourself in the web app doesn't count.
A lookup that finds notes by meaning rather than exact words, such as an agent asking for context relevant to its task. It uses AI models, so it has its own daily allowance. Keyword search is included within your agent requests.
Allbase is in private beta. You can sign in with an email code and use the web app right away. Connecting agents needs approval while we onboard people carefully.
Teams share one usage pool across the organization's accounts. Paying for capacity never gives anyone access to another person's private content. Write to jason@allbase.ai to set one up.
